We believe that everyone should define their ideal path to wellbeing by incorporating not just beautifying treatments, but also wellness therapies, healthy, balanced food, physical activity and rest.
With this in mind, we are launching #beautyisyou quarterly event series, curated together with experts in beauty, physical wellness, nutrition, spiritual & mental wellbeing and spa.
#beautyisyou event's mission is to assist local and visiting guests in maintaining a perfect balance of the mind, body and soul, by creating educational and interactive events to inspire positive changes and a healthier, balanced lifestyle.

Rest your mind workshop
We invite you to the second #beautyisyou event - a holistic body movement workshop, together with Santa Audickaitė, a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
It is a midsummer ritual to calm the flow of thoughts, relax the body through movement and give the mind a rest. The evening will consist of two parts - theoretical and practical, during which we will invite you to subtly experience a fusion of five inner rhythms, bodies and life cycles through light breathing practice, meditation and yoga. Easy breathing practice will be accompanied by aromatherapy, setting an intention, herbal tea drinking, followed by the contrasting music rhythms.
During the yoga practice, Santa will share what yoga does for your holistic health - the nervous and endocrine systems. You will learn which postures and breathing practices should be chosen for warming up to raise your body temperature, and which postures are appropriate to end the practice in order to get your body back to balance. Santa will reveal why the last posture of Shavasana is important in yoga practice and what a horizontal body position means to our health. Also during the ritual, you will gain knowledge about which movement sequences help to activate digestion and strengthen the immune system as well as which poses to avoid under low or high pressure when suffering from migraines. We will end the evening by networking in a cosy circle whilst tasting healthy snacks and drinks.
