WITH VIKTORIJA RIAZANCEVA - YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Awaken your inner senses with Ashtanga yoga practice. In the aura of our hotel spaces, our experienced yoga instructor will lead you through a sequence of poses to help you synchronize breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Our weekly classes are offered for all levels and our instructor will answer all your questions, ensuring you choose a pathway that delivers your desired outcomes.

Join our rejuvenating yoga session twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7.30 am till 8.30 am. Classes are open for hotel guests only. We will take care of yoga mat for you. Please wear clothes in which you can stretch in.  

The class will be held in Lithuanian or English.
